Profile Summary – Ken McIntyre-Barn

Ken is a business consultant who helps organisations and people to achieve growth. Prior to this Ken held a number of senior commercial management positions in multinational organisations (e.g. Unilever, Heineken, Kellogg’s) in Ireland, UK and Middle East. Throughout his career Ken demonstrated his ability to achieve optimum performance from businesses and people, and has a track record of achieving revenue growth and cost effectiveness in difficult market conditions. It was this expertise that inspired him to form his own consultancy business in 2008 and bring this expertise to companies.

In addition to business consultancy, Ken also carries out Executive Search assignments for multinational companies and has a particular expertise in identifying, assessing and securing high quality directors and managers for his clients who add significant value to their business. Ken also provides Executive Coaching to newly appointed Directors and Managers.

Ken’s client base has included a good mix of multinational organisations and SME companies primarily in the Food, Beverage, Tobacco, Pharmaceutical and Telecommunications industries. He is also a business advisor for Enterprise Ireland’s Potential Exporters division.
