Geraldine is a business consultant with over 20 years’ experience providing business development, strategy and personal development resources.  She has extensive experience as a trainer, facilitator and lecturer across a range of trainee groups, including managers, employees, start-up entrepreneurs, owner-managers, students and the unemployed.

She has worked primarily with business support and policy organisations and SMEs at the start-up and growth stages of their development.  She has also lectured and completed research projects in a number of third level institutions in Ireland and abroad.  From a research perspective, Geraldine has interviewed hundreds of managers for research projects ranging from client projects to academic publications to support material for training programmes.
