Profile Summary – Adrian Tennant

Adrian has over twenty years’ experience in the Public Service. A fully qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN), Adrian diversified into Human Resource Management in 2001 where he specialised in all things Industrial Relations (I.R.) and general Human Resources (H.R.) as the Employee Relations Advisor to the Health Services in the South East and nationally on some projects. Later he progressed to the overall HR and Employee Relations Manager position, whereby he managed multiple services from Employee Relations, HR, Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programme, Recruitment and Pensions Departments.

In more recent years, Adrian moved from government service to set up his own HR and Employee Relations Consultancy business, where he has advised organisations in both the Private and Public Sectors. In January 2015, Adrian incorporated Tennant Consulting Ltd, which has grown significantly in a short period of time. Projects have included designing and implementing multi layered Alternative Dispute Resolution systems within the Disability Sector, Chairing an Investigation Team, Employee Contract Management, Frontline Management Training in People Management, Consulting on serious and sensitive individual IR matters for organisations and a member of a high media profiled independent investigation into allegations of client abuse.
